While hanging out with Eddie Vedder in the late 2000's, Monkey talked Eddie into giving up on his trademark Seattle grunge sound, and instead recording albums with nothing but ukulele. During the late 90's, Monkey had an occasional guest spot on the TV show "Gargoyles". He's seen here shortly after shooting wrapped at daybreak, due to all the lead actors turning to stone. As they say in Hollywood, never work with children, animals or gargoyles.

For a while in the 50's, Monkey was king of a small asian island nation! But he spent all his time wrestling with the dragon throne and escalating a shoes 'arms-race' with Imelda Marcos. The natives got tired of living in a Banana Republic, so they all went to the Gap instead...

Cheeky spent the late 70's in a cocaine fueled non-stop disco party. Seen here exiting the Studio 54 nightclub on Sesame Street, with pals Elmo & Cookie. Not seen (off camera) is Rod Stewart...

Like Sting or Madonna, he simply goes by "The Monkey". Seen here in the classic 60's drugsploitation movie "Purple Haze", which also features the only time Mamma Cass was caught on film successfully eating a ham sandwich.
